Do you require a deposit, and what are your payment terms?

Yes. To secure your date, we require a non-refundable retainer fee (usually 20-30% of the total package), along with a signed contract. The remaining balance is typically due 14 to 30 days prior to your wedding date.

Absolutely. This is your day. We give you access to a planning portal where you can list your must-plays, nice-to-plays, and a strict “Do Not Play” list. We use our expertise to blend your choices seamlessly, ensuring the dance floor stays packed while honoring your style.
How do you handle song requests from guests?

We discuss this with you beforehand! We can handle it three ways:

Take all requests and filter out anything that doesn’t fit the vibe.

Take requests only if they fit your pre-approved genres.

Strictly follow your playlist and politely tell guests we are sticking to a set list.

We arrive at the venue 1.5 to 2 hours before our scheduled start time. This ensures everything is completely set up, sound-checked, and visually clean before your first guest walks through the door. Setup and pack-down time are always included in our service—you are only billed for performance hours.
